Boxcom Strengthens Its Media Relations Presence Across Africa

Boxcom Group is strengthening its presence across Africa with the development of Boxcom Africa, its dedicated media relations entity serving Morocco and a growing number of African markets.

The entity is built around a network of local partners and agencies, allowing Boxcom Africa to support Moroccan companies expanding across the continent, as well as international groups looking to Morocco as a strategic gateway to African markets.

Founded in Casablanca in 2014, Boxcom now operates through two complementary areas of expertise: Boxcom, focused on digital communications, and Boxcom Africa, dedicated to media relations, reputation and strategic communications.

A Local Network Across African Markets

Boxcom Africa works with partners and agencies in Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, Togo, Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire, with the ability to extend campaigns into neighbouring markets.

The model is designed to reflect the realities of each country, from media landscapes and editorial practices to language and cultural context. Campaigns can be delivered in French, Arabic, English and Portuguese, depending on market requirements.

The expansion also comes as Morocco continues to strengthen its role as a platform for business growth across Africa. At the Africa CEO Forum 2026 in Kigali, the Kingdom reaffirmed its ambition to support the emergence of regional champions capable of scaling across the continent and internationally.

Boxcom Africa aims to support this momentum by helping companies build stronger media visibility, reputation and market relevance across different African environments.

“We have developed more than ten years of media relations expertise in Morocco. However, media ecosystems, editorial practices and local sensitivities vary widely across African markets. Our approach is therefore built on local partners who understand their markets from within and help us develop strategies that are relevant to each country,” said Reda Taougar, Director of Media Relations at Boxcom Africa.

Supporting Visibility and Reputation

Beyond media relations, Boxcom Africa supports companies with strategic messaging, reputation management, crisis communications and multi-market press campaigns.

The agency also plans to use its official website as a platform for insights into communications across Africa, including market analysis, industry trends and perspectives drawn from local experience. More information is available at www.boxcomafrica.com.
