HRH Princess Lalla Hasnaa chaired, on Wednesday at the Assouna Mosque in Rabat, a religious evening in commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the passing of late HM King Hassan II.
This religious ceremony was marked by the recitation of verses of the Holy Quran and the declamation of panegyrics of the Prophet Sidna Mohammed, may the peace and blessing of God be upon him.
On this occasion, the audience raised prayers for the repose of the soul of the late HM Hassan II and the late HM Mohammed V, imploring the Most High to surround the late Sovereigns with His infinite mercy.
The audience also implored the Almighty to preserve HM King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, to crown His actions and initiatives with success and to fill the Sovereign in the persons of HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan, HRH Prince Moulay Rachid and all members of the illustrious Royal Family.
This religious ceremony was attended by several female civil and military figures.
Upon arrival at the Assouna Mosque, HRH Princess Lalla Hasnaa reviewed a detachment of auxiliary forces that paid the honors, before being greeted by Minister of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family, Aouatif Hayar, Wali of the region of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, governor of the prefecture of Rabat, Mohamed Yacoubi, President of the Regional Council of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, Rachid El Abdi, President of the Council of the city of Rabat, Asmae Rhlalou, Director of National Mutual Aid, Khettar El Mojahidi, and President of the Council of the district of Hassan, Driss Razzi.
