The Council of Government, meeting on Thursday under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, approved draft decree no. 2.23.921 on the application of decree-law no. 2.23.870 creating the High Atlas Development Agency, taking into account the observations raised.
This project is part of the implementation of the provisions of paragraph 2 of article 4 of decree-law n° 2.23. 870 creating the High Atlas Development Agency, as a public establishment in charge of carrying out the project for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of areas affected by the Al Haouz earthquake, which was drawn up in execution of the High Instructions of HM King Mohammed VI, said the Minister Delegate in charge of Relations with Parliament, Government Spokesman, Mustapha Baitas, during a press briefing held after the Council.
This project aims to establish a list of government authorities that are members of the Strategic Orientation Council, in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 4 of the aforementioned decree, as well as a list of public establishments and companies whose managers are members of the aforementioned Council, added Baitas, who presented the project.
